This premier high school marching band competition will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010 in the Chester Fritz Stadium at Hermitage High School, Henrico County, Virginia. The Hermitage Classic provides an exceptional performance venue for marching bands throughout Virginia. The Hermitage Classic, along with the highly qualified panel of adjudicators, creates an outstanding environment for high school bands to showcase their talents and achievements

Welcome to the 24th Annual HERMITAGE CLASSIC! This premier high school marching band competition will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010 in the Chester Fritz Stadium at Hermitage High School, Henrico County, Virginia. The Hermitage Bands and Auxiliary Boosters CLASSIC Committee has worked tirelessly to make this event spectacular for bands and fans alike. Come join us for another great year of competition with bands from across Virginia.

  • From Charlottesville - I-64E

    • Take the Parham Road Exit (Exit 181). Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Parham Road. Continue on Parham to the light at Hungary Springs Road. Turn left...the school will be on the right. Stadium and student parking will be beyond the building.

  • From Williamsburg/Va. Beach - I-64W

    • Stay on I-64 W through Richmond city...be sure to stay on I-64W when it splits from I-95N. Continue to the Parham Road North Exit. After taking that exit, continue on Parham to the light at Hungary Springs Road. Turn left...the school will be on the right. Stadium and student parking will be beyond the building.

  • From Washington/Fredericksburg - I-95S

    • Exit I-95 via ramp at sign reading "Exit 83B VA-73 Parham Rd" and continue on Parham approx. 3 1/2 miles. Turn right at light at Hungary Springs Road. School will be on the right. Stadium and student parking will be beyond the building.

  • From Petersburg - I-95N

    • Stay on I-95N through Richmond...it will join with I-64W for a while. When the interstates divides take the I-64W (to Charlottesville) split to the right. Continue to the Parham Road North Exit. After taking that exit, continue on Parham to the light at Hungary Spring Road. Turn left...the school will be on the right. Stadium and student parking will be beyond the building.
